Within this scope, we pay maximum attention and respect to your personal data. Based on this sensitivity, your data is never processed by our Company unless it is legally mandatory.

Seğmenler Tax Office – Tax ID: and Mersis No: 0069047413600012) is the data controller within the scope of this information document.

1. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA:

Your personal data is collected completely with automated means through the cookies, which are identification files in your computer or mobile device, due to the communication between our servers and your browser during your visit to our SITE.

1. OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL GROUNDS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Collected personal data, and objectives and legal ground of the processing personal data are written in the table below.

Accordingly, aforementioned personal data is processed for below written objectives;

• Your MARKETING (advertisement and targeting cookies) and PROCESS SECURITY / CLIENT PROCESS (performance and statistics cookies) data is processed within the scope of the Article 5/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698).
• Your PROCESS SECURITY (Session status – ASPSESSIONID) data is processed, provided it is directly related with entering into an agreement or performing contractual obligations pursuant to the Article 5/2-c of the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698), and personal data of the parties of the agreement is required to be processed.
• Your PROCESS SECURITY (approval / consent logs and Consent ID) data is processed, provided that it is required for the data controller to fulfill legal obligation within the scope of the Article 5/2-c of the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698).
• Your PROCESS SECURITY (network security cookies such as AEC, SEARCH_SAMESITE, SIDCC) data is processed, provided that individual rights and freedoms of the data subject are not violated and data processing is necessary for legal benefits of the data controller within the scope of the Article 5/2-f of the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698).

1. TRANSFERRING THE PERSONAL DATA:

Cookie infrastructures of third party service providers (particularly Google LLC and affiliates) are used in the SITE for analysis and advertisement/marketing. If these third party cookies that are integrated to the SITE are activated, the IP number of your device and the browser information as well as data about your navigation in the web site are directly transferred to servers of these companies that are located in other countries. The data transfer processes are performed based on your explicit consent that is given pursuant to the Article 9/6-a (International Transfer of Personal data) of the Law No. 6698. If you click the option “Reject All” in the cookie management panel of the SITE, these cookies cannot be activated and the data cannot be transferred to other countries.

YOUR RIGHTS THAT ARE MENTIONED IN THE ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW No. 6698:

You, the data subject, have the right to request from our Company, the data controller;

• Learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
• Request relevant information, if your personal data is processed,
• Learn the intent of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the intent,
• Learn local and international third parties that are transferred your personal data,
• Request correction and having third parties, who were already transferred the personal data, informed about the correction, if personal data is incompletely or incorrectly processed,
• Request deletion or disposal/destruction of your personal data, if the causes that require processing the personal data are no more valid, although the personal data is processed in accordance with the Law and provisions of other relevant laws, and having third parties, who were already transferred the personal data, notified about the relevant procedure.
• Raise an objection to a negative outcome arising out of analyzing the data exclusively with automated systems,
• Request compensation of losses and damages that arise out of the illegal processing of personal data.

You can use above mentioned rights by

1. Physically visiting our company at Güvenevler Mah Farabi Sok No 43 Çankaya/ANKARA or sending a letter with certified mail service,
2. Submitting your requests through notary offices in order to identify you, not to give incorrect information or not to give information to unauthorized person,
3. Sending an e-mail to kvkk@ankatoprak.com.tr using your e-mail address that was previously notified by you to our Company or that is also saved in our system,
4. Sending a document to the KEP (registered e-mail) address, ankatoprak@hs06.kep.tr, of our company using your KEP (registered e-mail),
5. Using other procedures that are mentioned in relevant legislation by verifying your identity details.

Our Company shall conclude the review of your applications and requests in accordance with the nature of the request, but not later than 30 days pursuant to the Article 13 of the Law. If the process creates a cost, the tariff will be applied that is determined by the Personal Data Protection Committee. If the request is refused, reason(s) of refusal will be documented in writing or in electronic media.
